Good value for money
For the price, you get a durable nozzle that lasts much longer than brass. Deducting one star only because the packaging was a bit flimsy, but the product inside is great.

Solved my clogging issues
I was constantly clogging with standard brass nozzles when using high-temp nylon. This hardened steel version runs smooth every time. Highly recommended for engineering materials.

Great quality, slightly tricky install
The nozzle itself is top-notch quality and prints beautifully. Installation on the REVO head took a bit more torque than expected, but once seated, it works flawlessly.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. It has held up perfectly after 2kg of filament with no signs of wear. The flow rate is excellent.
Q: Does the package include a wrench for installation?
A: The package includes the nozzle and a sample of thermal paste. We recommend using your own M6 socket or wrench for installation to ensure proper torque.
Q: How long does a hardened steel nozzle typically last compared to brass?
A: With abrasive filaments like carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark, a hardened steel nozzle can last 5 to 10 times longer than a standard brass nozzle. With non-abrasive filaments, both last a very long time.
Q: Can I use this with PLA at low temperatures?
A: Yes, absolutely. While it is designed for high-temperature and abrasive filaments, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA at typical printing temperatures.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the standard E3D V6 hotend?
A: No, this nozzle is specifically designed for the REVO extruder system and uses a different threading mechanism than the V6. Please ensure you have a REVO setup before purchasing.
