Sturdy and reliable
The build quality is impressive. The wires haven't bent or fallen out after a month of daily use. It keeps my extruder running smoothly and prevents many failed prints.

Good value, does the job
I use this primarily for cleaning up filament oozing around the hotend. It handles the job well. The handle is comfortable, though I wish the bristles were slightly longer for deep cleaning.

Effective cleaning solution
Works exactly as described. It clears out carbon buildup quickly. Just be careful not to push too hard when the nozzle is extremely hot to avoid bending the very tip of the wires.

Perfect for rust removal too
Bought this for my 3D printer but ended up using it on some old metal tools in the workshop as well. Great multi-function tool that removes rust effectively without being too abrasive.

Essential tool for any 3D printing setup
This brush works wonders on clogged nozzles. The bristles are stiff enough to remove residue but fine enough not to damage the brass nozzle. Highly recommended for regular maintenance.

Best purchase for maintenance
Simple, effective, and durable. I keep one next to every printer in my lab. The copper core seems to conduct heat away quickly, making it safe to use during warm-up cycles.
Q: What is the best technique for cleaning a clogged nozzle with this?
A: Heat the nozzle to your typical printing temperature, then gently scrub the tip and opening with the brush in a circular motion while wearing heat-resistant gloves.
Q: Is the handle heat resistant if I touch the hotend?
A: The handle is made of standard plastic and is not designed for direct high-heat contact. Please only use the bristle end near heated components.
Q: Can I use water or solvents with this brush?
A: It is best used dry on hot nozzles. If using solvents for cold cleaning, ensure the brush is completely dry before using it near electrical components or heated zones.
Q: Can this brush be used on stainless steel nozzles?
A: Yes, the fine carbon steel bristles are safe for use on both brass and stainless steel nozzles without causing significant wear.
Q: Does this come in a pack of multiple brushes?
A: This specific listing is for a single unit. However, we offer bulk packs in our store profile if you need replacements for multiple machines.
