Essential maintenance tool

Solid construction

Saved my print head!
My nozzle was completely clogged with burnt PLA. These needles slid right in and cleared the blockage without damaging the interior. Highly recommended for any 3D printer owner.

Works perfectly
Very easy to use. Just heat the nozzle, insert the needle, and push the gunk out. Much better than trying to drill it out which can ruin the nozzle.
Q: Does this work with ABS filament clogs?
A: Yes, these needles are effective for clearing clogs caused by ABS, PLA, PETG, and other common thermoplastic filaments when used at the appropriate temperature.
Q: How many needles are included in one package?
A: Each package contains 10 individual stainless steel cleaning needles, providing you with spares in case one gets lost or damaged.
Q: Is the handle heat resistant?
A: Yes, the handle is made from a heat-resistant material designed to stay cool to the touch during normal cleaning procedures, provided you do not leave it inside the hot block for extended periods.
Q: Can I use this while the nozzle is cold?
A: It is highly recommended to heat the nozzle to your printing temperature before using the cleaning needle. This softens the residual filament, making it easier to remove without applying excessive force.
Q: Will this work with a 0.2mm micro nozzle?
A: This specific set is designed primarily for 0.4mm nozzles. The needle diameter is 0.35mm, so it may be too large for 0.2mm nozzles and could cause damage. We recommend checking our micro-nozzle specific tools.
