Arrived two days early. The instructions were clear, and the whole swap took less than 15 minutes. My first test print came out perfect with no calibration needed.

Solid performance upgrade
The build quality feels premium compared to the stock part. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the silicone sock included is a bit tight, but it stays in place well during printing.

Great value, minor fitment tweak
Overall a solid upgrade. The heatsink cooling is noticeably better than stock. I had to slightly adjust the fan wire routing to get the cover back on smoothly, but once installed, it works flawlessly.

Essential for high-temp materials
If you plan on printing ABS or ASA on the K1C, this is a must-have. The thermal stability is excellent, and I haven't experienced any heat creep since swapping to this integrated unit.

Perfect drop-in replacement
My original hotend started clogging frequently with abrasive filaments. This kit was incredibly easy to install on my K1 Max. The print quality improved immediately, and the hardened nozzle handles carbon fiber PLA without issues.
Q: Is this compatible with the standard Creality K1 non-C or non-MAX version?
A: This specific kit is designed exclusively for the K1C and K1 MAX models due to differences in the extruder assembly. Please check our store for the standard K1 compatible version.
Q: Can this handle PETG filament without changing settings?
A: Yes, this hotend is fully compatible with PETG, PLA, ABS, and other common filaments. You generally do not need to change your slicer settings, though we recommend a standard temperature tower test for new materials.
Q: Do I need to perform a PID tune after installation?
A: While the printer may work immediately, we highly recommend running a PID auto-tune cycle after installing any new hotend component to ensure optimal temperature stability and print quality.
Q: Does the package include the thermistor and heater cartridge?
A: Yes, the integrated kit comes pre-installed with both the thermistor and the heater cartridge, so you only need to transfer the fan if your model requires it, though most come with the fan attached as well.
