Good quality, instructions could be clearer
The build quality is excellent and fits perfectly. However, the included paper instructions were a bit vague. I had to watch a YouTube video to get the tension right on the silicone sock.

Essential for high-temp materials

Perfect upgrade for my S1 Pro
This kit solved my clogging issues immediately. The copper plating on the bimetal throat seems to dissipate heat much better than the stock part. Installation took about 20 minutes.

Solid construction
The aluminum block feels very sturdy and the machining is precise. The thermistor reads accurately compared to my external thermometer. Great value for the price.

No more heat creep!
I was experiencing frequent heat creep with PLA prints. After swapping to this upgraded hotend kit, I've printed 5kg of filament without a single jam. Highly recommended.

Works well but tricky install
The part itself works great now that it is installed, but as a beginner, I found removing the old hotend quite difficult. Make sure you have good hex keys ready.
Q: What is the inner diameter of the throat?
A: The inner diameter is standard 2.0mm, suitable for 1.75mm filament.
Q: Can this handle 300 degree Celsius printing?
A: The heating block and throat can withstand up to 300°C, but please ensure you also install a compatible high-temperature nozzle and verify your fan cooling is adequate.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Ender 3 V2?
A: No, this specific kit is designed exclusively for the Ender-3 S1 and S1 Pro models due to differences in the extruder mounting and wiring harness.
