No more clogs with wood fill
I print a lot of wood-fill PLA which usually clogs standard nozzles. This large diameter, high-hardness nozzle handles it like a champ. Surface finish on prints is surprisingly smooth.

Upgrade worth making
Upgraded from the stock nozzle on my modified printer. The difference in print speed without losing quality is significant. The wear-resistant coating seems very durable so far.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. The wear resistance is noticeable compared to my old brass nozzles which degraded after just a few spools. Flow rate is excellent.

Great flow, needs careful heating
The high flow capability allows me to print faster than before. Just remember that hardened steel conducts heat differently than brass, so you may need to adjust your temperature settings slightly higher.

Good value for money
Does exactly what it says. It's not as precise for tiny details as a 0.4mm brass nozzle, but for structural parts and speed, it is unbeatable. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

Solid build quality
Threads are clean and it screwed into my E3D hotend without any cross-threading issues. The extended length helps with melting longer filaments efficiently. Highly recommended for bulk printing.
Q: What is the actual hole size? The title says large diameter but doesn't specify mm.
A: The standard version we ship has a 0.6mm orifice, which is ideal for high flow. If you need a different size like 0.8mm, please select that option from the variant dropdown before ordering.
Q: Do I need to change my slicer settings when switching to this?
A: Yes, you should update your nozzle diameter setting in your slicer software to match the new nozzle (e.g., 0.6mm) and potentially increase flow temperature by 5-10 degrees.
Q: How long does shipping take to the US?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days to the United States. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the Creality Ender 3 Pro?
A: Yes, provided you have an E3D V6 style hotend or a clone adapter installed. The thread size is M6, which is standard for those setups.
Q: Can I use this with PETG filament?
A: Absolutely. This nozzle works well with PLA, PETG, ABS, and even abrasive materials like carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark filaments.
