Sturdy and reliable
I run a small print farm and go through a lot of cleaning tools. These copper bristles hold up well over time and don't shed like wire brushes I've used in the past.

Good quality, does the job
I use this every time I switch filaments. It cleans the nozzle much faster than using a needle. The only reason for 4 stars is that the handle gets a bit warm if the block is very hot, so let it cool slightly first.

Essential tool for any 3D printer owner
This brush works wonders on clogged nozzles. The copper bristles are stiff enough to remove stubborn filament residue without damaging the heater block. Highly recommended for regular maintenance.

Solved my under-extrusion issues
My prints were suffering from partial clogs. After a quick scrub with this brush while the nozzle was warm, the flow was perfect again. Great value for the price.

Easy to use for beginners
As someone new to 3D printing, I was afraid to clean the nozzle. This tool made it very simple and safe. Instructions could be clearer, but overall a great purchase.

Better than the cheap alternatives
I bought a cheaper plastic brush before and it melted immediately. This copper one is durable and effective. It fits perfectly around the standard heater block size.
Q: How often should I clean my nozzle with this?
A: We recommend cleaning the exterior of the nozzle and heater block whenever you notice buildup or after every few filament changes to ensure optimal heat transfer.
Q: Will the copper bristles scratch the aluminum heater block?
A: Copper is softer than aluminum, so it generally will not scratch or damage the heater block surface while effectively removing carbonized filament.
Q: Does the package include more than one brush?
A: No, the package includes a single cleaning brush. However, due to its durable construction, one brush should last for many months of regular use.
Q: Can this brush be used on a hot nozzle?
A: It is best used when the nozzle is warm (around 100°C-150°C) to soften the residue, but avoid using it on an extremely hot nozzle to prevent handle damage or burns.
Q: Is this compatible with Ender 3 printers?
A: Yes, this brush is designed to fit standard V6-style heater blocks found on Creality Ender 3, Ender 5, and most other popular FDM printers.
