Good but needs frequent cleaning
The concept is great and it works as advertised. However, if you print with messy filaments, you have to stop and clean the wiper often, which can be annoying during long jobs.

Perfect fit for A1 Mini
Fits my A1 mini perfectly. The installation instructions were clear, and the part feels sturdy. No more manual nozzle wiping with pliers for me!

Simple and effective
I was skeptical at first, but this little brush has improved my first layer consistency. It wipes away any oozing filament before the print head moves to the start position.

Great value consumable
For the price, this is a must-have accessory. The high-temperature silicone holds up well even with PETG and ABS printing. Highly recommended for A1 owners.

Works well but collects debris
The wiper does its job perfectly in keeping the nozzle tip clean. You do need to manually clean the silicone brush itself every few prints as filament residue builds up on it.
Q: How often should I replace the silicone wiper?
A: The wiper is durable and reusable. You only need to replace it if the silicone bristles become torn, heavily degraded, or lose their flexibility due to extreme wear.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: No, this specific silicone wiper is designed exclusively for the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 mini models. The mounting mechanism differs for the X1 series.
Q: What is the best way to clean the wiper itself?
A: We recommend using a pair of tweezers to gently pull off accumulated filament strings while the nozzle is cool. For stubborn residue, a soft brush can be used.
Q: Does this interfere with the bed leveling process?
A: No, the wiper is positioned specifically to avoid interference with the automatic bed leveling routine. It only engages when the printer performs a nozzle wipe maneuver.
Q: Can I use this with abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber?
A: While the silicone is heat resistant, abrasive filaments may wear down the silicone bristles faster than standard PLA or PETG. Regular inspection is recommended when using abrasive materials.
