Robust and reliable
I've been running this for over 200 hours with glass-filled nylon. No wear on the tip whatsoever. The bimetallic throat prevents heat creep effectively even during long prints.

Time saver!

Good value for money
Works exactly as described. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the installation instructions could be a bit clearer, but once installed, it works perfectly.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
Switched to this hardened steel nozzle for printing carbon fiber PLA and the difference is night and day. The quick-release feature makes swapping nozzles incredibly fast without needing to disassemble the whole hotend.

Easy installation for beginners

Great quality, slight learning curve
The build quality is excellent and the red copper heating block distributes heat very evenly. It took me one failed print to dial in the temperature settings compared to my old brass nozzle, but now it prints flawlessly.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Creality K2 non-Plus model?
A: This specific integrated hotend is designed exclusively for the K2 Plus and Hi Lingxi models due to differences in the toolhead mounting system. Please check your printer model before purchasing.
Q: Does the package include different nozzle sizes or just one?
A: The standard package includes one pre-installed 0.4mm nozzle. Other sizes like 0.6mm and 0.8mm are sold separately but are fully compatible with this integrated hotend system.
Q: Do I need to apply thermal paste during installation?
A: No, this integrated unit comes pre-assembled with the necessary thermal interface materials applied at the factory. Applying additional paste is not required and may interfere with the quick-release mechanism.
Q: How often should I replace the hardened steel nozzle?
A: Hardened steel nozzles last significantly longer than brass ones. Under normal usage with abrasive filaments, you can expect 6 to 12 months of life. Replace it only if you notice inconsistent extrusion or visible wear.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with pure PEEK filament?
A: While the hardened steel tip can handle abrasive materials, the maximum operating temperature of this assembly is 300°C. PEEK typically requires higher temperatures (350°C+), so we do not recommend it for pure PEEK printing.
