Essential for high-temp printing
Running this at 280°C for specialized engineering filaments without any issues. The ceramic coating seems to help with filament flow and reduces residue buildup compared to the stock brass nozzle.

No more clogs!
I was constantly dealing with clogs using the standard setup. This integrated kit solved the problem immediately. The flow is smooth, and layer adhesion is fantastic.

Good value kit
Everything fits perfectly on the K2 Plus. The heating element warms up quickly. I deducted one star because the instructions could be more detailed, but overall a solid purchase.

Great quality, slightly tricky install
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. My only issue was aligning the heating block initially, but once tightened, it works flawlessly. Print quality has improved significantly.

Reliable and durable
After printing over 2kg of glass-filled nylon, the nozzle still looks brand new. The bimetallic heat break maintains a consistent temperature gradient, resulting in fewer jams.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this kit specifically to print carbon fiber reinforced PLA. The hardened steel nozzle handles the abrasion perfectly, and the bimetallic throat prevents clogging. Installation on the K2 Plus was straightforward.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with pure PEEK filament?
A: While the hardened steel and ceramic components can withstand high temperatures, printing PEEK usually requires an enclosed heated chamber and specific firmware settings. The hardware supports the temperature, but please verify your printer's environmental capabilities.
Q: What is the warranty period for this kit?
A: The Creality K2 Plus Ceramic Hotend Nozzle Kit comes with a standard 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Q: How often should I replace the bimetallic throat?
A: Under normal usage with standard filaments, the throat should last indefinitely. However, if you frequently print highly abrasive materials, we suggest inspecting it every 500 hours of print time for signs of wear or internal narrowing.
Q: Does this come with a spare silicone sock?
A: No, this kit includes the nozzle, bimetallic throat, and heating block assembly. Silicone socks are sold separately or may be reused from your existing setup if they are in good condition.
Q: Is this kit compatible with the original Creality K2?
A: This kit is specifically designed for the Creality K2 Plus model. While it may physically fit the original K2, we recommend checking your specific hotend assembly dimensions before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
