Perfect for carbon fiber prints
I switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing with carbon fiber filled PLA. My old brass nozzle wore out in two days, but these have lasted months without any change in print quality. Highly recommended for abrasive materials.

No more frequent replacements
I used to replace my brass nozzles every few weeks because of the composite filaments I use. Since switching to this hardened steel version, I haven't had to change it once in three months. Saves time and money in the long run.

Excellent value pack
Getting five nozzles in a pack is great value. Even if you only use one at a time, having spares ready for when you eventually need to swap is convenient. The build quality feels premium and robust.

Essential upgrade for Ender-3 S1
If you plan on printing anything other than basic PLA, get these immediately. They fit the Ender-3 S1 hotend perfectly and the threading is precise. No leaks or clogs so far after 200 hours of printing.

Works as advertised
Solid nozzles that do exactly what they are supposed to. I use them for wood-fill filament which is very abrasive, and they show no signs of wear. Just make sure to tighten them while the hotend is warm to avoid stripping threads.

Great durability, slightly slower flow
These nozzles are incredibly tough and handle high temperatures well. I noticed a very slight reduction in flow rate compared to standard brass, so I had to tweak my extrusion multiplier slightly, but the longevity makes up for it.
Q: Do I need to adjust my slicer settings when switching to these?
A: Generally, no major changes are needed. However, due to the different internal surface roughness and thermal properties, you might need to slightly increase the printing temperature by 5-10°C or adjust the flow rate calibration for optimal results.
Q: How many nozzles are included in this package?
A: This package includes exactly 5 hardened steel nozzles, giving you plenty of spares for future replacements or different diameter experiments if you purchase other sizes.
Q: What is the difference between this and the standard brass nozzle?
A: The primary difference is material hardness. Brass offers superior thermal conductivity for faster heating but wears down quickly with abrasive filaments. This hardened steel nozzle sacrifices a small amount of thermal conductivity for significantly increased durability against wear.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the original Ender-3 Pro?
A: Yes, these M6 threaded nozzles are compatible with the Ender-3 Pro, provided your hotend supports M6 threading, which most stock and upgraded hotends for that model do.
Q: Can I use these for printing pure metal filaments?
A: While these are hardened steel, we recommend checking the specific manufacturer guidelines for pure metal filaments. They are excellent for abrasive composites like carbon fiber, wood, and glow-in-the-dark, but extreme abrasives may still cause wear over extended periods.
