Perfect for carbon fiber prints
I switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing with carbon fiber filled PLA. My old brass nozzle wore out in two days, but these have lasted months without any change in print quality. Highly recommended for abrasive materials.

Essential upgrade for Ender-3 S1
If you plan on printing anything other than basic PLA, get these immediately. They fit the Ender-3 S1 hotend perfectly and the threading is precise. No leaks or clogs so far after 200 hours of printing.

Works as advertised
Solid nozzles that do exactly what they are supposed to. I use them for wood-fill filament which is very abrasive, and they show no signs of wear. Just make sure to tighten them while the hotend is warm to avoid stripping threads.

Great durability, slightly slower flow
These nozzles are incredibly tough and handle high temperatures well. I noticed a very slight reduction in flow rate compared to standard brass, so I had to tweak my extrusion multiplier slightly, but the longevity makes up for it.
Q: Do I need to adjust my slicer settings when switching to these?
A: Generally, no major changes are needed. However, due to the different internal surface roughness and thermal properties, you might need to slightly increase the printing temperature by 5-10°C or adjust the flow rate calibration for optimal results.
