Great flow, slightly longer heat up
The print quality is excellent and the high-flow design really speeds up my large prints. I noticed it takes about 10 seconds longer to reach target temperature compared to the stock brass nozzle, but it's worth it for the durability.

Solid build quality
The machining looks very precise. I've run about 2kg of filament through it with zero issues. Only giving 4 stars because the price is a bit steep compared to generic options, but the BIQU quality assurance gives me peace of mind.

Essential for engineering materials
If you plan on printing PETG, ABS, or anything with additives, get this immediately. The hardened steel prevents wear that ruins standard nozzles. My dimensional accuracy has improved significantly.

Seamless compatibility
Fits my Bambu Lab X1 Carbon perfectly. The included silicone sock fits well too. No leaks, no oozing, just consistent extrusion. Highly recommended for heavy users.
Q: Can I use this for printing pure PLA without issues?
A: Absolutely. While it is designed for abrasive materials, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA, PETG, and ABS. You may notice slightly better layer adhesion due to the consistent thermal performance.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my flow rate after installing this?
A: It is highly recommended to run a fresh flow rate calibration in the printer settings after installing any new hotend to ensure optimal extrusion multipliers.
Q: Does this come with a new heater block or just the nozzle tip?
A: This product includes the complete hotend assembly (heater block, thermistor, and hardened steel nozzle), ready to swap directly with your stock unit.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab P1P?
A: Yes, the BIQU Panda Flow Hotend is fully compatible with the P1P, as well as the P1S, X1, and X1-Carbon models.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?
A: The hardened steel nozzle is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C. Please ensure your slicer settings do not exceed this limit to protect the heater cartridge.
