Essential tool for any 3D printer owner
This little tool has saved me so much time. Changing nozzles used to be a struggle with pliers, but the Crab tool grips perfectly without stripping the hex. Highly recommended for Ender 3 users.

Good value for money
For the price, you really cannot beat this. It simplifies maintenance significantly. I deducted one star only because the included pouch is a bit flimsy, but the tool itself is solid.

Works great, slightly tight fit initially
The build quality is excellent. It was a bit stiff when I first tried to slide it over the heater block, but after a few uses, it works like a charm. Much safer than using an open-ended wrench.

Precision engineering

I love that I can change hotends quickly without worrying about slipping and touching hot components. The grip is secure, and the metal feels very durable. A must-have accessory.
