Easy installation and great performance
The detachable design makes swapping hotends incredibly fast. I love that I can have one dedicated to standard PLA and this one for high-temp materials. Highly recommended for X1C owners.

The build quality is excellent and handles high temperatures well. Just ensure your cooling fans are working perfectly as the hardened steel retains heat longer than brass. Overall a great purchase.

No more nozzle wear
After going through three brass nozzles in a month with glass-filled PETG, this hardened steel version is a lifesaver. It's been two months of heavy printing with zero signs of wear.
Q: Can I use this with standard PLA filament?
A: Yes, you can absolutely use standard PLA. However, since hardened steel conducts heat differently than brass, you may need to adjust your temperature settings by +5 to +10 degrees for optimal flow.
Q: Does this come with a new silicone sock?
A: Yes, the package includes a new high-temperature silicone sock pre-installed on the heater block to ensure safety and temperature stability.
Q: How difficult is the installation process?
A: The installation is designed to be user-friendly. It involves removing the old hotend assembly and plugging in the new one. No soldering is required, and the whole process typically takes less than 15 minutes.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 non-Carbon version?
A: This specific assembly is designed for the X1C and P1P models. For the original X1, please check the compatibility list as firmware and heater wattage may differ.
