Great upgrade but needs careful installation
The print quality is excellent and the high-flow capability is noticeable on large prints. Just make sure you tighten it while hot as per the manual, or it might leak. Deducting one star because the instructions could be clearer.

Durability is unmatched
After wearing out three standard nozzles with abrasive filaments, this hardened steel version has lasted months without any degradation in performance. The chrome zirconium coating seems to prevent oozing effectively.

Good value for money
Works exactly as described. It handles high temperatures well and maintains dimensional accuracy. The only minor issue is that it takes a few test prints to dial in the pressure advance settings compared to the stock nozzle.

Smooth extrusion
The three-hole design creates a very smooth melt zone. My layer adhesion has improved significantly on high-speed prints. Highly recommended for anyone pushing their Bambu Lab printer to the limit.

Perfect for Carbon Fiber Prints
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber reinforced PLA. The CHT design really improves the flow rate, and the build quality feels superior to the stock brass nozzles. No clogs so far after 2kg of filament.
Q: What is the difference between this and the standard brass nozzle?
A: The primary difference is durability and heat resistance. This nozzle features a hardened steel tip suitable for abrasive materials like carbon fiber, whereas standard brass nozzles wear down quickly with such filaments. It also features a high-flow CHT design.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with PLA basic filament?
A: Absolutely. While it is designed for abrasive filaments, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA, PETG, and ABS, often providing better flow rates due to the CHT design.
