Excellent thermal stability
I've noticed much better temperature consistency compared to the stock brass hotend. Prints are cleaner with less oozing. The bimetallic heatbreak seems to prevent clogs effectively even during long prints.

Game changer for abrasive filaments
Switched to this TZ4.0 hotend specifically for printing carbon fiber nylon. The hardened steel nozzle handles it perfectly without wear, and the quick-release feature makes swapping nozzles incredibly fast. Highly recommended for advanced materials.

No more cold pulls needed
Since installing this unit, I haven't had to perform a single cold pull. The anti-clog geometry in the heatbreak really works. It has saved me so much time on maintenance.

Solid performance boost
Upgraded from the standard V1 hotend. The difference in print quality when using high-temp materials is clear. The only minor issue is that the silicone sock fits a bit tighter than expected, but it stays in place well.

Perfect fit for X1-Carbon
Fits my X1-Carbon perfectly. The integrated design feels very robust. I am now confident printing with glass-filled PETG without worrying about nozzle erosion. The flow rate improvement is noticeable.

Great upgrade, slightly pricey
Performance is top-notch, especially the ease of installation. It took me less than 5 minutes to swap out. Only giving 4 stars because the price point is a bit high compared to third-party alternatives, but the quality justifies it.

Q: Is this hotend compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 non-Carbon version?
A: Yes, the TZ4.0 Hotend Extruder is fully compatible with both the X1 and X1-Carbon models, as well as the P1P and P1S series.
