Smooth installation on P2S
Installation on my P2S took less than 10 minutes. The fit was perfect, and the calibration ran smoothly immediately after. Print quality on the 0.6mm setting is exceptional for functional parts.

No more nozzle swaps!

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this tungsten carbide hotend specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and the difference is night and day. No clogging issues after 500g of print time. Highly recommended for anyone moving beyond standard PLA.

Solid upgrade for industrial use
We use these in our makerspace for student projects involving recycled filaments which can be very abrasive. These nozzles hold up much better than the stock ones. Just ensure you follow the torque specs during install.

Consistent extrusion at high speeds
Running this on an H2D at maximum flow rates shows zero under-extrusion. The thermal conductivity seems well-managed despite the harder material. Very impressed with Bambu Lab's accessory ecosystem.

Great durability, slightly higher cost
The build quality is outstanding. It handles high-temperature engineering materials without degrading. Only giving 4 stars because it is pricier than brass alternatives, but you get what you pay for in longevity.
Q: Is this hotend compatible with the original X1 Carbon printer?
A: No, this specific high-flow hotend is designed exclusively for the P2S and H2 series (H2D, H2S, H2C). The X1 Carbon requires a different hotend assembly.
