Easy installation and great performance

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle kit specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and it works flawlessly. The brass heatsink maintains temperature stability much better than the stock version. Installation on my A1 mini took less than five minutes.

Solid upgrade for daily use

Solved my clogging issues
I was experiencing frequent clogs with standard nozzles when using recycled filaments. This upgraded kit with the hardened steel tip has completely eliminated that problem. Highly recommended for anyone pushing their printer limits.
Q: Does the package include different nozzle sizes or just the 0.4mm?
A: The standard kit comes with a 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle. Other sizes such as 0.2mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm are available for purchase separately and are compatible with this hotend assembly.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my printer after installing this kit?
A: Yes, we strongly recommend running the flow rate calibration and vibration resonance calibration (if applicable) after installing the new hotend to ensure optimal print quality and dimensional accuracy.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with high-temperature materials like PEEK?
A: While the hardened steel can withstand high temperatures, the A1/A1 mini hotend assembly is generally rated up to 300°C. We recommend checking your specific filament requirements before attempting PEEK, as it often requires higher ambient temperatures than this printer provides.
Q: Is this kit compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 series?
A: No, this specific kit is designed exclusively for the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 mini models. The mounting mechanism differs from the X1 series.
