Excellent build quality
Solid construction and precise threading. No leaks at the connection point. I've printed over 2kg of filament so far with zero problems.

High-speed printing confirmed
I upgraded to this to handle higher flow rates for bulk printing. It handles PLA and PETG at high speeds without any issues. Very stable temperature control.

Works but fan is slightly louder
The heating element works perfectly, but the cooling fan on this unit seems slightly louder than the stock one. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable in a quiet room.

Perfect replacement for my Kobra 2
My original hotend started clogging frequently after six months. This S1C kit was a direct fit and took only 15 minutes to install. Print quality is back to normal with no oozing.

Saved my printer
Thought I needed to buy a whole new printer when the old head failed. This kit fixed the issue completely. The brass nozzles included are a nice bonus.

Good value, instructions could be better
The part works great and heats up quickly. The included manual was a bit vague on the wiring sequence, but I found a video online that helped. Prints are smooth now.
Q: Can I use abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber with these brass nozzles?
A: We do not recommend using abrasive filaments with standard brass nozzles as they will wear out quickly. For carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark filaments, please purchase a hardened steel nozzle separately.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Anycubic Kobra (non-2 version)?
A: No, this S1C hotend kit is specifically designed for the Kobra 2 Neo and Kobra 2 models. The mounting points and connectors differ from the original Kobra series.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my E-steps after installing this?
A: Generally, no. Since this is a direct replacement with the same gear ratio and path length, your existing E-steps calibration should remain accurate. However, always perform a test print to verify extrusion width.
Q: Does this kit include the silicone sock?
A: Yes, the hotend assembly comes pre-installed with a silicone thermal insulation sock to help maintain consistent temperatures.
Q: What is the return policy if it doesn't fix my extrusion issues?
A: We offer a 30-day return window for unused items and a 90-day warranty for defective parts. If the issue persists after installation, please contact our technical support team for troubleshooting before returning.
