Best value for money
Compared to buying a whole new hotend, this integrated assembly is a great value. Print quality improved instantly on my first test print.

Great quality but needs careful installation
The build quality is excellent and feels very sturdy. Just make sure to tighten it while hot to avoid leaks. Prints are much sharper now.

Solid replacement part
Fits the Kobra X perfectly. The bimetallic design heats up quickly and maintains temperature well. Only minor issue was the packaging was a bit loose.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle to print carbon fiber PLA and it works flawlessly. The nickel plating seems to prevent clogging better than my old brass nozzle.
Q: Does this come with a thermal paste or heater cartridge pre-installed?
A: This is a complete integrated print head assembly, so the heater cartridge and thermistor are already installed and tested. You do not need additional thermal paste.
Q: Can I use this with abrasive filaments like glass-filled nylon?
A: Yes, the hardened steel construction is specifically engineered to resist wear from abrasive materials like glass-filled, carbon fiber, and wood-filled filaments.
Q: What is the expected lifespan compared to a standard brass nozzle?
A: While lifespan depends on usage frequency and filament type, hardened steel nozzles typically last 5 to 10 times longer than brass nozzles when printing abrasive materials.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my E-steps after installing this?
A: Generally, no recalibration is needed as the flow path dimensions remain standard. However, we always recommend running a test print to fine-tune flow rate if necessary.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original Anycubic Kobra non-X model?
A: No, this integrated assembly is specifically designed for the Anycubic Kobra X series and may not fit earlier models due to mounting differences.
