Solid construction
Very sturdy build. No crackling noise when switching positions. It feels like a premium part at a budget price. Highly recommend for DIY guitar mods.

Perfect replacement for my old LP
This switch fit perfectly into my Gibson Les Paul replica. The action is smooth and the solder lugs are high quality. Much better than the scratchy original switch I had.

Good value, easy install
Took me about 20 minutes to swap this out. Works great for selecting between neck and bridge pickups. Only giving 4 stars because the nut was a bit tight to thread initially.

Exactly what I needed

Great upgrade component

Decent but tip feels light
Functionality is fine, no issues with signal transfer. However, the plastic tip feels a little lighter than the stock switch on my Epiphone. Still does the job though.

A: Absolutely. The 6 solder lugs provide enough connection points for standard 4-conductor humbucker wiring configurations.

Q: Is soldering required for installation?
A: Yes, you will need to desolder the old switch and solder this new one onto your pickup wires. Basic soldering skills are recommended.

A: Yes, this switch is designed to fit standard Les Paul style control cavities with a 1/2 inch mounting hole.
Q: Does this come with the metal tip or just the plastic one?
A: This model comes with a black plastic tip. We do sell separate metal tips if you prefer that aesthetic.
