Great value for money
For the price, you can't beat this. It's much better than the cheap plastic ones that come with budget guitars. Easy to install if you have basic soldering skills.

Perfect replacement for my old Strat copy
The original jack on my guitar was crackling constantly. This multi-contact socket fit perfectly into the existing hole and the solder lugs are large enough to work with easily. No more cutting out when I move the cable.

Good quality, tight fit
Solid build quality and feels very durable. It was a bit tight going into the body of my bass, but once seated, it is very secure. The nickel plating looks great too.

Solved my intermittent signal issues
I was getting static every time I bumped my cable. Installed this yesterday and played a gig tonight with zero issues. The multi-contact design really seems to grip the plug better than standard jacks.

Upgrade recommended
If your guitar jack feels loose or sounds noisy, buy this. It transformed the connection stability on my Epiphone LP. Highly recommended for DIY repairs.

Sturdy and reliable
Looks exactly like the picture. The threads are clean and the nut tightened down smoothly. Only giving 4 stars because the instructions were non-existent, but it's pretty self-explanatory.
Q: Does it come with a locking washer?
A: Yes, the package includes a mounting nut and a washer to ensure a secure fit against the guitar body.
Q: Can this handle heavy gauge cables?
A: Yes, the 6.35mm opening is designed to accommodate standard instrument cables, including those with larger diameter plugs.
Q: Is this a stereo or mono jack?
A: This is a mono (TS) output jack, which is the standard configuration for most electric guitars and basses.
Q: Do I need any special tools to install this?
A: You will need a soldering iron, solder, wire cutters, and typically a small wrench or socket to tighten the mounting nut.
Q: Will this fit a standard Fender Stratocaster body?
A: Yes, this jack uses the standard M9 threading and plate size compatible with most Strat-style guitars including Fender and Squier models.
