Kids love the colors
My twins enjoy using these for their weekend projects. The only reason for 4 stars is that the caps can be a bit tight for small hands to remove independently.

Best water-based pens we've tried

Great value for the price
Bought these for my middle schooler. The colors are vibrant and the ink flow is consistent. One pen arrived slightly dry, but customer service resolved it quickly.

Excellent for calligraphy practice

Perfect for my daughter's art class

A: Yes, the high-pigment acrylic formula provides excellent opacity and vibrancy even on dark surfaces like black construction paper.
Q: Is the box sturdy enough for shipping as a gift?
A: The 'Little Black Box' is made of durable cardboard designed to protect the pens. It presents very nicely for gifting, though we recommend adding a gift wrap for extra protection during transit.
Q: Can the ink be refilled once it runs out?
A: Absolutely! These pens are designed to be refillable. You can purchase compatible Nuoya ink refills separately to extend the life of your markers.
Q: How do I clean the tips if they get clogged?
A: Simply rinse the tip under warm running water for a few seconds or soak it in a small cup of warm water until the ink flows freely again.
