Kids love the colors
My twins enjoy using these for their weekend projects. The only reason for 4 stars is that the caps can be a bit tight for small hands to remove independently.

Best water-based pens we've tried
We have tried many brands, but Nuoya offers the best balance of ink capacity and tip durability. Highly recommend for elementary students.

Great value for the price
Bought these for my middle schooler. The colors are vibrant and the ink flow is consistent. One pen arrived slightly dry, but customer service resolved it quickly.

Excellent for calligraphy practice
I use these for hand-lettering practice. The flexible tip mimics a real brush very well, and the acrylic base makes the colors pop on dark paper too.

Perfect for my daughter's art class
These markers are fantastic! The soft tip allows my 7-year-old to create beautiful brush strokes without pressing too hard. They wash out of clothes easily, which is a huge plus.

Safe and durable
As a teacher, I appreciate that these are non-toxic and durable enough for classroom use. The 'Little Black Box' keeps them organized nicely on the shelf.
Q: Are these markers safe if a child accidentally ingests a small amount?
A: Yes, these markers are certified non-toxic. However, they are not intended for consumption, and we recommend supervising young children during use.
Q: Do these work well on black construction paper?
A: Yes, the high-pigment acrylic formula provides excellent opacity and vibrancy even on dark surfaces like black construction paper.
Q: Is the box sturdy enough for shipping as a gift?
A: The 'Little Black Box' is made of durable cardboard designed to protect the pens. It presents very nicely for gifting, though we recommend adding a gift wrap for extra protection during transit.
Q: Can the ink be refilled once it runs out?
A: Absolutely! These pens are designed to be refillable. You can purchase compatible Nuoya ink refills separately to extend the life of your markers.
Q: How do I clean the tips if they get clogged?
A: Simply rinse the tip under warm running water for a few seconds or soak it in a small cup of warm water until the ink flows freely again.
