Great value for beginners
As someone just starting with line art, these pens are very forgiving. The ink flow is consistent, and I haven't experienced any skipping. The only reason for 4 stars is that the cap can be a bit tight.

Good for classroom use
Bought a set for my kindergarten class. The kids love how easy they are to hold, and the non-toxic formula gives me peace of mind. They do run out faster with heavy use, but that's expected.

A: Since these are water-based markers, they are not fully waterproof. While they are fade-resistant and quick-drying, exposure to water after drying may cause the ink to smudge or run.
Q: Can I refill these pens once the ink runs out?
A: No, the Touchcolor Dual-Tip Liner Pens are not designed to be refilled. They are intended for single-use until the ink is depleted.
Q: Are these pens safe for young children to use unsupervised?
