Sleek design and fast flow

No more heavy lifting!

Good but tube could be longer
The pump works well and has good suction. However, if you have a very large 5-gallon jug, the included tube barely reaches the bottom when the water level gets low. I had to buy an extension tube separately.

Solid build quality

Great value, minor noise
Works exactly as described. It's very easy to set up on any standard water bottle. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the motor makes a slight humming sound, but it's not loud enough to be annoying.

Perfect for office use
We bought three of these for our small office breakroom. They look sleek on the counter and everyone loves how hygienic they are compared to the old manual pumps. Charging via USB-C is very convenient.
Q: Can I leave the pump on the bottle while charging?
A: Yes, you can charge the device while it is mounted on the water barrel. Just ensure the USB port remains dry and away from any potential splashes.
Q: Is the silicone tube BPA free?
A: Yes, all materials that come into contact with water, including the silicone tube and the pump housing, are 100% BPA-free and food-grade certified.
Q: Does this fit on square water containers or only round ones?
A: The pump head is designed primarily for round necks found on standard 3-5 gallon barrels. It may not seal properly on square containers with wide or irregular openings.
Q: How do I clean the internal tube?
A: You can run a mixture of warm water and vinegar through the pump to sanitize the internal tubing. We recommend doing this once a month for best hygiene.
Q: What happens if the battery dies while dispensing?
A: If the battery runs out, the pump will stop immediately. You will need to recharge it via the USB-C port before it can operate again. It does not have a manual override mode.
