Cool glow effect
I bought this for my husband who loves unique accessories. The backlit shark beads look amazing in low light. Took off one star because the elastic was a bit tight initially, but it stretched out after a day.

Perfect unisex gift
Bought this as a gift for a friend who collects Wenwan items. He loved the combination of traditional walnut and the edgy shark design. Fits well on average wrists.

High quality finish
The polish on the walnut beads is excellent; no rough edges. The monkey face has a lot of character. It's become my daily wear bracelet.

Good but smaller than expected
The craftsmanship is good, but the 18mm beads make the bracelet sit tighter on my wrist than I anticipated. If you have larger wrists, measure carefully before buying.

Incredible carving detail
The monkey head carving is surprisingly detailed for the price. The walnut feels smooth and high quality. The shark beads add a unique modern twist to a traditional style.
Q: What is the origin of the walnut used?
A: We source our Wenwan walnuts from sustainable growers known for producing dense, high-quality nuts suitable for carving and prayer beads.
Q: Is the wood treated with any chemicals or varnish?
A: The Wenwan walnut is naturally polished to enhance its grain and durability. We use a safe, non-toxic natural wax finish, not heavy chemical varnishes, to maintain the authentic feel.
Q: Do the shark beads glow in the dark without charging?
A: The shark beads are 'backlit,' meaning they shine brightly when exposed to strong light sources like UV lamps or direct sunlight, but they do not store charge to glow in total darkness like phosphorescent materials.
Q: Can the elastic cord be replaced if it stretches out over time?
A: Yes, the bracelet uses a standard high-elastic cord. Any local jeweler or bead shop can easily restring it for you if needed after extended wear.
Q: Is the monkey head carved from a single piece of walnut?
A: Yes, the monkey head bead is hand-carved from a single solid piece of Wenwan walnut, ensuring durability and consistent grain patterns.
