Perfect gift for collectors
Bought these for my father who collects wooden artifacts. He was thrilled with the aging process of the wood and the intricate hand-carving details. Highly recommended for enthusiasts.

Great quality, slightly heavier than expected
The quality of the Thuja wood is evident. They are smooth and well-polished. Just note that they are a bit denser than plastic versions, which actually makes them better for hand strengthening.

Smooth rotation and beautiful patina
After a few weeks of use, the wood has developed a lovely sheen. They rotate smoothly against each other without catching. The packaging was also very elegant, making it feel like a luxury item.

These health balls are beautifully carved. The wood grain is stunning, and the natural cedar scent is very relaxing when you hold them. They fit perfectly in my palm for daily stress relief exercises.

Very calming to use
I use these while working at my desk to keep my hands active. The texture is smooth but not slippery, and the natural aroma helps me focus. A wonderful addition to my wellness routine.

Authentic and well-made
You can tell these are genuinely hand-carved due to the slight unique variations in shape, which adds to their charm. The finish is excellent. One ball had a tiny knot, but it doesn't affect functionality.
Q: Is the scent strong enough to cause allergies?
A: The aroma is natural and subtle, derived from the Thuja wood itself. It is generally mild and not overpowering, but if you have specific sensitivities to cedar-like scents, please exercise caution.
Q: Do they make noise when rotated?
A: Unlike metal health balls, these wooden balls are designed for quiet operation. You may hear a soft, natural wood-on-wood sound, which many users find meditative rather than noisy.
Q: Are these balls hollow or solid?
A: These Taihang Thuja health balls are solid wood, hand-carved from a single piece of aged timber to ensure durability and proper weight balance.
Q: What size hands are these suitable for?
A: The 45mm diameter is considered a standard adult size, suitable for most average to large hands. If you have smaller hands, you might prefer our 40mm variant, available in our store.
Q: How do I clean and maintain the wood?
A: Simply wipe them with a soft, dry cloth after use. Avoid water or chemical cleaners. Occasionally applying a tiny amount of natural beeswax will help maintain the luster and protect the wood.
