Easy Installation
Swapped it out in about 15 minutes. The calibration went smoothly and my high temp prints are much more consistent now.

Essential for Abrasive Filaments
I switched to this hardened steel hotend specifically for carbon fiber nylon. It handles the abrasion perfectly without wearing down like brass.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?
A: The hardened steel hotend is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C.
Q: Does this come with a new heater cartridge?
A: Yes, the extruder assembly includes the heater cartridge and thermistor pre-installed.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate the printer after installation?
A: Yes, we recommend performing flow rate calibration and vibration calibration after swapping the extruder.
Q: Is this compatible with the original P1P?
A: Yes, this Extruder 2.0 is fully compatible with the P1P, P1S, X1C, and X1E models.
Q: Can I install a 0.6mm nozzle on this hotend?
