Good quality, fast shipping
Solid bearing steel construction. We use these daily in our assembly line. One star off only because the oil coating was a bit heavy, but that's easily cleaned.

Exactly what was needed
Hard to find specific T-shaped liners for older fixture models. These matched the JBN series specs perfectly. Highly recommend for maintenance teams.
Q: Is the flange thickness standardized across all sizes?
A: No, the flange thickness varies slightly depending on the specific model number (YER02 vs YER32). Please refer to the detailed dimension chart in the product manual.
Q: What is the lead time for bulk orders of 500 units?
A: For orders over 100 units, please contact our sales team directly. Standard stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days, but bulk quantities may require 1-2 weeks.
Q: Are these liners compatible with metric or inch locating pins?
A: These liners are designed primarily for metric locating pins corresponding to the JBN and YER series standards. Please check your specific pin diameter before ordering.
Q: Can this be used in high-temperature environments?
A: The bearing steel retains its hardness up to approximately 150°C. For applications exceeding this temperature, please consult our engineering team for alternative materials.
Q: Do you provide certification documents for the material hardness?
A: Yes, a material test report (MTR) confirming hardness and composition can be provided upon request at the time of purchase.
