Perfect fit for our Mazak

Must have for maintenance

Excellent spray pattern
The adjustable cone spray is very precise. It helps in directing coolant exactly where needed on complex turns. Much better than the generic nozzles we tried before.
Q: Is this resistant to synthetic coolants?
A: Absolutely. The material is highly resistant to most common synthetic and semi-synthetic CNC coolants and lubricants.
Q: Is this compatible with older Mazak models from 2010?
A: Yes, as long as your machine uses the standard JTAP connection and Turret JCX style mounting, it should be compatible. Please verify your specific model number with our support team if unsure.
Q: Can I adjust the spray width while the machine is running?
A: We strongly recommend adjusting the nozzle angle only when the machine is stopped and pressure is released to ensure safety and prevent injury.
Q: Does this come with the O-ring seal?
A: Yes, each package includes one nozzle and one matching seal ring to ensure a leak-free installation.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this nozzle can withstand?
A: The 304 Stainless Steel construction can safely withstand coolant temperatures up to 80°C (176°F) continuously without deformation.
