Good product but thread adapter needed
The nozzle works as described, but the 1/2 inch thread didn't match my existing hose fittings directly. I had to buy a separate adapter. Once installed, it performs well, but check your connections before ordering.

Great build quality, needs high pressure
The stainless steel construction feels very durable. However, it requires at least 40 PSI to start rotating effectively. Once it gets going, the coverage is excellent. Just make sure your pump can handle the demand.

Reliable for daily commercial use
We run a car wash detailing bay and use these for interior tank cleaning. They have been running daily for six months with zero maintenance. The automatic rotation mechanism is surprisingly robust.

Effective cleaning sphere
Does exactly what it says on the tin. The 360-degree rotation ensures no blind spots. I deducted one star because the instruction manual was a bit vague regarding optimal pressure settings for different tank sizes.

Saves hours of labor
Used this for cleaning large fermentation bottles in my brewery setup. It reaches every corner automatically. The fan spray pattern is powerful enough to knock off stuck-on sediment without damaging the vessel walls.

Perfect for our chemical storage tanks
We installed three of these nozzles in our 500-gallon mixing tanks. The rotation is smooth and consistent even at lower pressures. It cleaned residues we previously had to scrub manually. Highly recommended for industrial cleaning tasks.
Q: Can this nozzle be used with hot water solutions?
A: Yes, the 304 Stainless Steel construction allows it to withstand water temperatures up to 180°F (82°C) safely.
Q: What is the minimum water pressure required for the rotor to spin?
A: The nozzle typically begins to rotate automatically at around 30-40 PSI, though optimal cleaning performance is achieved between 60 and 100 PSI.
Q: How do I maintain the internal rotating mechanism?
A: The unit is designed to be self-cleaning during operation. For maintenance, simply flush with clean water after use and occasionally inspect the inlet filter for debris buildup.
Q: Is this suitable for cleaning food-grade containers?
A: Absolutely. Since it is made from 304 Stainless Steel, it is safe for food-grade applications provided it is cleaned and sanitized before first use.
Q: Does the package include any mounting brackets or hoses?
A: No, the package includes only the rotating spray nozzle. Mounting hardware, hoses, and adapters must be purchased separately based on your specific setup.
