Smooth operation

Exactly as described

Perfect fit for my CNC project
The tolerances on this sleeve are excellent. It slid onto my 25mm shaft with just the right amount of friction. The shouldered design made alignment very easy during installation.

Good quality steel
Solid construction and the grinding marks are very fine. I deducted one star only because the shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the product itself is great.

A: Yes, this hardened steel sleeve is designed to work with standard stainless steel or chrome-plated linear shafts of the corresponding inner diameter.
Q: What is the exact outer diameter for the 25mm ID version?
A: The outer diameter varies slightly based on the specific wall thickness required for load bearing, but for the 25mm ID model, the OD is typically 40mm. Please check the detailed dimension chart in the product images.
Q: Is the flange thick enough to be bolted down directly?
