Great pot, heavy shipping
The pot itself is flawless and authentic Zisha. It arrived safely but the box was quite heavy due to the thick clay.

Real Yixing clay makes a difference in root health. My tree has shown new growth since I switched to this planter.

Nice size for balcony
Fits perfectly on my balcony railing stand. The oval shape is elegant, though slightly smaller than I imagined from photos.

Perfect for my Ficus
The large opening made repotting my old stump ficus incredibly easy. The clay quality is excellent and breathes well.
Q: What are the exact dimensions of the opening?
A: The large opening measures approximately 12 inches in length and 8 inches in width, ideal for wide root systems.
Q: How do I clean the unglazed surface?
A: Simply brush off loose dirt with a soft dry brush. For stains, use a slightly damp cloth; avoid soap or detergents.
Q: Is this suitable for outdoor use in winter?
A: While durable, we recommend bringing it indoors or to a sheltered area during freezing temperatures to prevent the clay from cracking.
Q: Can I use this for succulents?
A: Yes, but ensure you use a fast-draining soil mix as the deep oval shape retains moisture longer than shallow trays.
Q: Does this pot come with a saucer?
A: No, this planter does not include a saucer to maintain its traditional minimalist look, but standard ceramic saucers fit well underneath.
