Reliable for industrial prototypes
Used this for a quick industrial control panel prototype. The touch accuracy is high, and the Wi-Fi connectivity is stable. It survived a week of continuous testing without any issues.

Smooth performance with LVGL
I was worried about lag with complex animations, but the octal PSRAM handles everything smoothly. The 800x480 resolution provides enough detail for intricate UI designs without straining the processor.

Perfect for HMI Projects
This board is exactly what I needed for my home automation dashboard. The capacitive touch is very responsive, and the LVGL library integration was seamless. The 16MB flash gives plenty of room for assets.

Good for learning embedded GUIs
As a student, this board has been a great learning tool. The community support is growing, and there are several GitHub repos to get started. Only wish it came with a protective case.

Great hardware, documentation could be better
The screen quality is excellent with vibrant colors. Setting up the ESP32-S3 took a little more time than expected due to sparse examples for specific pin configurations, but once running, it works flawlessly.
