Solid performance, minor documentation gap
The hardware itself is excellent and very stable. The only reason for 4 stars is that the specific example projects for the G3507 variant were a bit hard to find initially, but the general MSPM0 docs helped.

Perfect for the TI Design Competition
Received this board just in time for our university electronics competition. The on-board debugger works flawlessly with Code Composer Studio, and the pinout is clearly labeled. Highly recommended for students.

Great value for an original board
I was worried about getting a clone, but this is definitely an authentic Texas Instruments board. Packaging was secure, and shipping was incredibly fast as promised.
Q: Does this board come with a USB cable for programming?
A: Yes, the package includes a standard USB-A to Micro-USB cable required for power and debugging via the on-board XDS110.
Q: Is the firmware pre-installed or do I need to flash it first?
A: The board comes with a basic demo firmware pre-installed to verify functionality. You will need to flash your own code using CCS or Energia for your specific project.
Q: What is the maximum current output on the 3.3V pin?
A: The onboard regulator can supply up to 500mA, but we recommend drawing no more than 300mA from the 3.3V header for stable operation.
Q: Can I use this board for battery-powered applications?
A: Absolutely. The MSPM0G3507 features excellent low-power modes. You can connect a battery to the VIN pin (within the specified voltage range) for portable projects.
Q: Is this compatible with the Energia IDE or only Code Composer Studio?
A: While Code Composer Studio is the primary recommended IDE, this board is also compatible with the Energia IDE for those who prefer an Arduino-like workflow.
