Perfect for my industrial automation project
The transparent casing makes it easy to inspect the connections while running. The 8K compatibility is a huge plus for our visual inspection systems. Works flawlessly with the kmbox net setup.

Cool design and strong performance
Love the 'Blood Hand' aesthetic and the clear case. It gets slightly warm under heavy 8K load, but nothing concerning. Great value for a development board in this category.

Great hardware, documentation could be better
The Ferrum board is powerful and handles AI network tasks smoothly. I deducted one star because the initial setup guide was a bit sparse, but once configured, it runs stable.
Q: Are there any specific cooling requirements for continuous operation?
A: The board is designed with passive cooling in mind. For continuous heavy loads, ensure it is placed in an area with adequate airflow. No additional fans are strictly required but can be added if needed.
Q: Can this be powered via a standard power bank?
A: Yes, as long as the power bank can deliver a stable 5V/2A output via USB-C, it will power the board correctly for most development tasks.
Q: Is the source code for the AI network module open source?
A: The core firmware is proprietary, but we provide an open-source SDK and API libraries to allow developers to build custom AI applications on top of the board.
Q: What is the maximum cable length recommended for 8K transmission?
A: For stable 8K @ 60Hz transmission, we recommend using high-speed HDMI 2.1 cables no longer than 2 meters. For longer distances, active optical cables are suggested.
Q: Does this board support Linux operating systems?
A: Yes, the MT Blood Hand board supports major Linux distributions commonly used in industrial and development environments. Drivers are available on our GitHub repository.
