Great performance, watch the thermal output
The AI capabilities are exactly what I needed for my mapping drone. However, under full load, it gets quite hot. I had to design a custom heatsink solution with active airflow since space on a drone is limited. Once cooled, it runs flawlessly.

Solid hardware, minor software quirks
Hardware build quality is excellent and feels robust enough for vibration-heavy environments. Had a small issue with the Wi-Fi driver in the initial image, but a quick update from the NVIDIA repository resolved it. Highly recommended for industrial inspection drones.

Seamless integration with Pixhawk
I was worried about connecting this to my existing Pixhawk flight controller via MAVLink, but the GPIO and UART pins made it incredibly easy. The documentation provided by the seller was helpful in getting the communication bridge set up quickly.

Perfect for autonomous flight projects
This board is a beast for computer vision tasks on drones. The Orin NX chip handles YOLOv8 inference at impressive frame rates while leaving enough CPU headroom for flight stabilization logic. Setup with JetPack was straightforward.

Exceeded expectations for size vs power
I couldn't believe how much processing power is packed into such a small form factor. It replaced my previous setup which required a heavy laptop onboard. Battery life is surprisingly good considering the performance. Will buy another for my second drone.
Q: Can this run ROS 2 (Robot Operating System)?
A: Yes, the board comes with JetPack SDK which fully supports ROS 2 Humble and Iron distributions. We provide a pre-configured Docker container to help you get started with ROS 2 nodes immediately.
Q: What is the maximum voltage input for the barrel jack?
A: The board accepts a wide input range of 7V to 20V DC. For standard drone applications, we recommend using a 4S or 5S LiPo battery regulated to 12V for optimal efficiency and heat management.
Q: How do I access the GPIO pins if I have a custom PCB?
A: The board includes a standard 40-pin header compatible with many expansion boards. Additionally, we offer a pinout diagram in the user manual and a CAD file for the connector footprint to assist with custom PCB design.
Q: Is there support for 4G/LTE modems for beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS)?
A: Absolutely. The board features a USB 3.0 port and an M.2 Key-B slot that supports various 4G/LTE and 5G modem modules, enabling reliable long-range telemetry and video transmission.
Q: Does this board come with a camera module included?
