Reliable for industrial monitoring
We are using these for factory floor sensors. The wired Ethernet connection provides the stability we need where Wi-Fi is too congested. The expandable power options are a huge plus.

PoE implementation is top notch
Finally, a dev board that handles Power over Ethernet correctly out of the box. No need for separate injectors or bulky power bricks. Highly recommended for permanent installations.

Great board, minor documentation gaps
Hardware is solid and the camera interface worked immediately with the ESP-IDF examples. I wish the pinout diagram for the Ethernet PHY was slightly more detailed in the quick start guide, but community forums helped.

Perfect for IoT Gateway Projects
The built-in Ethernet controller saves so much time compared to adding an external module. The PoE support works flawlessly with my standard switch, making deployment in ceilings very clean.

Easy to get started
As someone learning embedded systems, this board is fantastic. It connects to Arduino IDE and PlatformIO without issues. The dual-core processor handles WiFi and Ethernet switching smoothly.

Excellent camera performance
Used this for a local face recognition doorbell. The PSRAM size allows for decent frame buffering. Only giving 4 stars because the mounting holes could be slightly larger for M3 screws.
