Good starter board with minor setup hurdles
The hardware is great, but installing the correct drivers for the USB-to-UART bridge took some trial and error on Windows 11. Once set up, compiling and uploading code is very fast.

Robust and reliable
I've been running motor control algorithms on this board for weeks without a single crash. The power regulation is clean, and the SWD debugging interface connects instantly with my ST-Link programmer.

Solid prototyping tool
We bought several of these for initial prototyping before moving to custom PCBs. The form factor is convenient, and having the display integrated saves a lot of wiring time during proof-of-concept phases.

Excellent for university projects
Used this for my final year embedded systems project. The ability to compare logic with 51 and AVR architectures helped me understand the differences deeply. Highly recommended for students.

Great value but needs better pinout diagram
Hardware quality is solid and the chip runs stable at 72MHz. My only complaint is that the silk screen for some GPIO pins is a bit small. Once you map them out, it's a fantastic development platform.

Perfect for embedded systems learning
This board is exactly what I needed to transition from Arduino to ARM development. The included TFT screen works out of the box with the provided libraries, and the documentation on the CD is surprisingly comprehensive.
Q: What is the maximum current draw for the 3.3V pin?
A: The onboard regulator can supply up to 200mA on the 3.3V rail. For higher current peripherals, we recommend using an external power source.
Q: Can I use this with the Arduino IDE?
A: Absolutely. You can use the STM32duino core within the Arduino IDE to program this board just like a standard Arduino.
Q: Are example codes provided for the TFT screen?
A: Yes, the included CD and our online repository contain multiple example projects demonstrating graphics, text rendering, and touch simulation buttons for the TFT screen.
Q: Is the TFT screen touch-enabled?
A: No, the included 2.4-inch TFT screen supports display output only and does not have touch functionality.
Q: Does this board come with a pre-installed bootloader?
A: Yes, the board comes with a standard serial bootloader installed, allowing you to program it via UART without an external programmer if preferred.
