Fast shipping and great performance
Arrived well-packaged. The onboard JTAG programmer saved me from buying an external cable. Boot times are quick and the board runs cool under load.

Best Kintex-7 board in this price range
Compared to other vendors, ALINX offers the best feature set for the price. The DDR3 memory interface was easy to bring up in Vivado.

Perfect for prototyping video processing algorithms
We used this for a real-time video stitching project. The logic capacity of the 325T handles our design easily with room to spare. Highly recommended.

Excellent board for high-speed data acquisition
The PCIe throughput is stable and the SFP+ ports work flawlessly with our transceivers. Great value for a K325T board.

Good industrial control solution
Using this in a factory automation testbed. The fiber optic links provide the isolation we needed. One star off because the mounting bracket felt slightly flimsy.

Solid hardware, documentation could be better
The board itself is high quality and the gold plating looks premium. I wish the pinout diagram for the expansion headers was more detailed, but overall a good purchase.
Q: What is the maximum length of the PCB?
A: The board adheres to the PCIe Half-Height Half-Length (HHHL) form factor, with a total length of approximately 167mm including the bracket.
Q: Does this board come with a license for Vivado?
A: No, the board is hardware only. You will need to download the free WebPACK version or purchase a license directly from AMD/Xilinx for full features.
Q: Does it support booting from the SD card?
A: This specific model boots from the onboard QSPI Flash or via JTAG. It does not include an SD card slot; please check our Zynq series if SD boot is required.
Q: Is there a schematic available for download?
A: Yes, upon registration on our official website, you can access the user manual, schematic diagrams, and constraint files (.xdc) for this model.
