Solid build quality
PCB looks clean and soldering is good. Took one star off because the USB port felt a bit loose initially but works fine now.

Great for robotics
Using it for my robot arm project. Plenty of I/O pins to handle all my sensors and servos. Very stable performance.

Good value board
Functions well for the price. The CH340G driver was easy to install. Only minor issue was the pin headers were slightly tight.

Compatible with IDE
No driver issues on Windows 10. Recognized immediately after installing the CH340 driver. Great for students.

Perfect for large projects
This board works exactly like the original MEGA2560. I used it for a 3D printer controller and had no issues with compatibility.
Q: Can it handle 5V sensors directly?
A: Yes, the operating voltage is 5V, so it can directly interface with most 5V logic sensors and modules.
Q: What power supply should I use?
A: We recommend using a 7-12V DC power supply via the barrel jack or VIN pin for optimal stability.
Q: Do I need to install specific drivers?
A: For the CH340G interface, you may need to install the CH340 driver on Windows. Mac and Linux usually recognize it automatically.
Q: Does this work with the standard Arduino IDE?
A: Yes, this board is fully compatible with the Arduino IDE. You just need to select Arduino MEGA 2560 in the board manager.
Q: Are the pin headers pre-soldered?
A: Yes, the male headers come pre-soldered on this version, ready to use out of the box.
