Excellent vibration damping
The elastic spider element does a fantastic job of dampening vibrations. My machine runs much smoother now compared to the old rigid coupling.

Reliable industrial component
We use these in our small assembly line prototypes. They are reliable, easy to install, and the price point is very competitive for aluminum alloy.

Perfect fit for my CNC upgrade
The build quality is exceptional. The aluminum feels solid and the keyway fits perfectly on my servo motor shaft. Zero backlash observed during testing.

Great value, minor finish issue
Works exactly as described for my 3D printer extruder. There was a tiny scratch on the outer rim, but it doesn't affect performance at all.

Good product, fast shipping
The coupling arrived well-packaged. Dimensions were accurate according to the spec sheet. Would recommend checking your shaft diameter carefully before ordering.

Precise and durable
Installed this on a robotic arm joint. The precision is top-notch and it handles the repeated start-stop cycles without any wear signs so far.
Q: Is the spider element replaceable if it wears out?
A: Yes, the elastic spider insert is designed to be replaceable. You can purchase spare spiders separately without replacing the entire metal hub.
Q: What is the maximum RPM this coupler can handle safely?
A: For standard sizes, this aluminum alloy diaphragm coupling is rated up to 4000 RPM. Please consult the specific size chart for higher speed applications.
Q: What tolerance class are the bore holes machined to?
A: The bore holes are machined to H7 tolerance class, ensuring a precise fit for standard motor shafts.
Q: Can I use this outdoors in a humid environment?
A: The anodized finish provides good corrosion resistance, but for prolonged outdoor exposure in high humidity, we recommend additional protective coating or regular maintenance.
Q: Does this coupling come with the keys for the keyway?
A: Yes, the package includes the necessary keys matched to the keyway slot size specified in your order.
