Perfect for autonomous rover
Integrated this into my SLAM project. The UART communication is stable and the range is accurate within specs.
Q: Can it measure through glass?
A: Laser ToF sensors generally struggle with transparent surfaces like glass. We recommend testing your specific application.
Q: Is this compatible with Arduino Uno?
A: Yes, it works via UART or I²C. You will need a logic level converter if running at 5V.
Q: What is the beam divergence angle?
A: The beam divergence is approximately 3 degrees, allowing for targeted measurement.
Q: Is there a warranty included?
A: All modules come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects.
Q: Do you provide a Python library?
A: Yes, sample code and libraries for Python and C++ are available on our GitHub repository linked in the datasheet.
