Excellent Support
Had a question about wiring and got a quick response. The module itself is very small and efficient.

Sensitive to Alcohol
Be aware that hand sanitizer affects readings temporarily. Otherwise functions as expected for VOCs.
Q: Can it detect smoke?
A: It detects VOCs associated with smoke but is not certified as a fire alarm or safety device.
Q: Is this true CO2 detection?
A: It measures eCO2 based on VOC levels, not direct NDIR CO2 measurement, but correlates well for indoor air.
Q: What is the pinout?
A: The module features 4 pins: VCC, GND, SDA, and SCL for power and data communication.
Q: Does this work with Arduino?
A: Yes, libraries are available for Arduino IDE to interface with this sensor via I2C.
Q: How long to calibrate?
A: About 7 days of operation in fresh air is recommended for full baseline accuracy.
