Great Value Module
Cheap and effective. Bought five for different prototypes and all of them functioned correctly out of the box.

Documentation lacking
The hardware works but finding specific register maps took some time. Would be nice to have a printed guide included.

Good sensor, careful with wiring
Sensor is accurate but make sure you check the voltage pins before connecting to avoid logic level issues. Otherwise solid.

Perfect for Arduino Projects
Works flawlessly with my Uno. Library support is abundant and setup was straightforward. Great for learning about acceleration.
Q: What is the default I2C address?
A: The default I2C address is typically 0x53 when the ADDR pin is grounded.
Q: Does it come with header pins?
A: Yes, male headers are included but unsoldered for mounting flexibility.
Q: Can this measure vibration frequencies?
A: Yes, it can detect acceleration changes suitable for basic vibration monitoring.
Q: Is this compatible with 5V logic microcontrollers?
A: Yes, the module includes a regulator allowing 3.3V to 5V operation safely.
Q: Which library do you recommend for Arduino?
A: We recommend the standard Adafruit ADXL345 library for easy integration.
