Excellent ink retention
I use this primarily for small regular script practice, and it holds ink very well without dripping. The tip comes to a fine point easily, allowing for precise details in horizontal and vertical strokes. Highly recommended for students.

Perfect for learning Regular Script

Durable and responsive

Great quality for the price
The craftsmanship is excellent. The handle feels comfortable in hand during long practice sessions. I deducted one star only because the protective cap was slightly loose upon arrival, but the brush itself performs wonderfully for copying classic texts.

Good for copying classics
I bought this specifically to copy the Tang Dynasty masters. The size is accurate for small script work. It takes a little breaking in, but once softened, it writes very smoothly. A solid choice for serious practice.
