Unique gift idea
Sent this to a friend who loves vintage stationery. She was thrilled. The packaging was secure, and every sheet arrived in perfect condition.

Exquisite craftsmanship
The gold flecks on the red paper are stunning. The texture feels authentic and thick enough for fountain pens without bleeding. Perfect for my wedding invitations.

Perfect for calligraphy
I use these for practicing small regular script. The paper absorbs ink beautifully from my hair brush pen, and the envelopes make the final piece look like a work of art.

Lovely color
The 'Wannian Red' is deeper and richer than it appears in photos. My only minor complaint is that I wish the set came with more sheets, but the quality justifies the price.

Great literary prop
Bought this for a period drama production. The attention to detail in the hot-stamping is incredible. It looks exactly like something from the 1930s.

Beautiful but delicate
Absolutely gorgeous set that captures the Republic era vibe perfectly. Just be careful when handling as handmade Xuan paper can be slightly fragile compared to modern stock.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for purchasing multiple sets?
A: Yes, we offer tiered discounts for bulk orders. Please contact our sales team directly through the 'Contact Seller' button for a custom quote.
Q: What is the exact shade of red used in this set?
A: The color is a traditional 'Wannian Red,' which is a deep, auspicious crimson often used in Chinese culture for celebrations and formal correspondence.
Q: Are the envelopes self-sealing or do they require glue?
A: These envelopes feature a traditional flap that requires moistening or a dab of glue to seal, maintaining the authentic retro experience.
Q: Can I print custom text on these envelopes using a laser printer?
A: We do not recommend laser printing on this handmade paper due to its textured surface and natural fibers. Hand-writing or stamping yields the best results.
Q: Is this paper suitable for use with liquid ink fountain pens?
A: Yes, the thickened Xuan paper is specifically designed to handle liquid ink from fountain pens and traditional hair brushes without significant feathering.
