A bit too hard for beginners
The texture on the roller is very aggressive. If you are new to foam rolling, this might be painful. I had to start with a towel over it. Otherwise, the build quality seems durable.

Great value set

Solid construction

Perfect for post-run recovery
I bought this set primarily for my calves after long runs. The wolf-tooth stick is intense but effective. Just remember, it helps with muscle tension, not actually slimming legs, but my legs feel much lighter and less tight.
